What the Evaluation Covers
Dimension 01
Profile Authority
Does your headline and About section tell the right story to the right reader — or does it describe your credential to the wrong one?
Dimension 02
Content Strategy
Is your content speaking directly to the daily experience of your ideal coachee — or is it professional noise that the right person scrolls past?
Dimension 03
Authority Signals
Does your profile carry visible proof — recommendations, outcomes, featured work — that earns the trust of a stranger before they ever reach out?
Dimension 04
Visibility
Are you growing your network with intent, reaching the right people, and building the kind of presence that travels beyond your existing connections?
Dimension 05
Conversion
When the right person finds you, is there a clear and easy next step — or do they arrive, look around, and leave without ever reaching out?
Your Result
Four tiers. Three priorities. One clear starting point.
Your score identifies the specific bottleneck and tells you exactly what to close first.
Why This Exists
I became a photographer because I believed that if the work was good enough, the right people would find it. They did not, and not because the work was poor. Good work sitting in the wrong places, framed in the wrong language, directed at no one in particular, produces the same result as invisible work. The substance was there. The infrastructure was not.
That realisation took years to arrive and changed the direction of my professional life entirely.
The established coaches I work with today are living a version of that same experience. They have the PCC or MCC credential, the client record, and the calibre of expertise that should be making them the obvious choice in their niche. Their LinkedIn profile says otherwise. It says “Executive Coach | Helping Leaders Thrive” and nothing that makes them findable, credible, or compelling to a senior professional who has never been referred to them.
The credential is not the ceiling. The visibility is. Fields of Growth Media exists to change that.
About
Richard Pometsey
Fields of Growth Media
The coaches Richard Pometsey works with are not invisible because they lack substance. They are invisible because no one has built the infrastructure around them that makes their depth findable, their credibility legible, and their expertise clear to someone who has never met them.
Richard runs Fields of Growth Media from that single belief. He built a photography business first, experienced the cost of being capable without being visible, and pivoted when he understood that photography alone makes you a commodity and that the real problem runs deeper than any single service can solve.
He works exclusively with ICF credentialed coaches. The Authority Trifecta is the programme: a 90 day engagement that integrates photography, ghostwritten content, and daily outreach into a single system. Each element reinforces the others, and the combined effect is a LinkedIn presence that works while the coach is in sessions with their clients.
LinkedIn has a billion users. Only five percent of them post. The senior professionals looking for the right coach are already there. The question is whether that coach can be found.
That is what this is for.
Your credential is not the
ceiling. Your visibility is.
